Our Marketing Planning Consultation Options
We offer marketing consultancy options which are flexible to your needs and budget and which aim to get you off the ground, give you ideas, help you to understand what can be done and why, and kick-start your marketing journey.
We work with you to understand more about your business, your goals, your aspirations and your customers and from there, discuss various marketing options and strategies which fit the bill.
The options listed here are generally best-fit for small businesses with under 30 employees or sole traders. We do offer consultancy for larger businesses – if you are a larger business do book a consultation for a chat and a bespoke quotation.
Marketing Planning Options
1) Marketing Strategy & Plan Development
This includes a 2 hour marketing audit session together over video or face to face if local where we would really get under the skin of the business, looking at audiences, focus areas, low hanging fruit, business strategy, competition, what has been done so far and more. After this is done, we then take the information away, do more research and pull together a structured marketing plan for you, which we would talk you through and ensure it hits the spot. The marketing plan is delivered in presentation style pdf format, easy to read and definitely not pages and pages of text! It would include strategy, goals and targets, campaign ideas, marketing channels, communication areas, measurement options and timings.
2) Marketing Strategy & Planning Workshop
This is a 1/2 day deeper dive marketing planning workshop where we talk through the business together and where we make suggestions on enhancing your current marketing or where to start and where you can go next, including how to best focus your time, budget and efforts for the maximum potential impact. We aim to have a basic action plan at the end of the session. We can also include any particular areas of focus you wish e.g. website, social media advice, email advice etc if that’s needed. The session can be done locally face to face or split into two sessions over video.
3) Basic Marketing Planning Session
This is a 2 hour basic high level marketing planning meeting which can be done over video or face to face if local, where we talk through the business and make suggestions on enhancing your current marketing and where you can go next, including how to best focus your time, budget and efforts for the maximum potential impact.
All of these options deliver next step actions to move forwards, ensuring momentum is maintained and we can help with implementing those too, if needed.
