SignVideo are a London-based, deaf-led organisation. They provide live British Sign Language interpreting services vis video, enabling deaf BSL users in the UK to have equal access to communication, customer services and on-location help as hearing people.

What we did

MARKETING MANAGEMENT
We currently provide outsourced marketing management to SignVideo as their Head of Marketing and manage all aspects of the marketing side of the business, from budget to staff, social media to online marketing management.
A NEW BRAND
One of the first things we did at SignVideo was to update the brand and website which was over 10 years old. The business is moving into competitive waters with ambitious plans for growth in the B2B space. The logo you see here is the beautiful logo we developed and has been very well received in the market.
A NEW WEBSITE
As part of the new brand, a new website was required. The site had to cater for two markets - B2B and B2C - which was challenging. However we got there, and after a lot of hard work, many copywriting hours, even more project management hours and a lot of coffee, we launched the site to fantastic feedback and a jump in SEO from nowhere, to page 1 of Google.
